I cannot sign in
Sign-in is by email and password on civitrac.com. If your organisation's email domain is approved, a first sign-in arrives as a viewer and an administrator raises the role from there. Write with the address you used and what the screen said.
Can we see it before we commit?
Yes. A walkthrough runs on the sample slate or on a portfolio you send ahead; ask for one on the demo page.
Something looks wrong on a page
Say which page, what you expected and what it showed. A screenshot helps. Figures on the sample slate are illustrative by design; a figure on your own slate that looks wrong is a defect and is treated as one.
